With our app, you can choose from two plans. Those plans may change the experience you have while on our app. This is shown through the various features each plan will give you. Depending on what features you’d be ok with, you can choose from the two plans.
With our Free Plan, everything is set to default:
With a paid plan, everything is optimized for better user-experience:
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Of course, it would continue for the amount you paid for, but it would end once the payment cycle is reached. You can toggle recurring payments in the payment section of the app.
This allows for our users to try out the subscription with only one payment.
Once you’ve purchased a paid plan, you can upload recipes of your own. These recipes can be uploaded through the creator console section of the app, and images, video guides, and the written section of the recipe can be uploaded.
These recipes will then be checked by a moderator before officially uploading, in order to prevent any innappropriate uploads.
When we talk about searching with 5 scans at a time, it means you can input 5 ingredients while searching at a time. This does not mean you can only scan 5 ingredients overall. You have unlimited scans with our app, but only 5 ingredients can be inputted while searching.
No, you do not have to purchase the subscription in order to use our app. You can freely use Reverse Recipe with our free plan, and access everything that the free plan offers. 0 payments have to be made.
With our paid plan, sort searching will be more optimized. It will grant more specific options when searching, such as putting allergy options, searching for only vegan recipes, and etc. It grants a better quality of life when using our app.
No, the 5 ingredient limit does not mean that once you’ve scanned 5, you cannot scan anymore. It means that you can only search with 5 ingredients inputted into the search bar at once.
Yes, if you see any recipes that you enjoy, you may save them into your library by favoriting them. This makes it so you may access those recipes later, or if you want to check back on them. It makes sure you won’t have to type it up again just incase you saw it but then forgot about it.
Yes! You can absolutely filter any specific ingredient that you are allergic to in order to ensure it will not pop up during your search. All you have to do is use the sorting function. This can be optimized with the subscription as well, as more ingredients for more specific recipes may be inputted for better filtering.
If the ingredient you have inputted was incorrectly identified/entered, you may manually modify it in order to ensure that it does not happen again!
You may also inform the scanner that the ingredient was misidentified, and tell it was it was supposed to be! This will make sure we can check on it and fix that small problem.
Yes! You can use the app even without a camera, all you’d have to do is manually input the ingredients into a search bar. Though this may be a little more tedious, it will ensure that you can use the app.
